Bonuses for overseas residents will be shipped via standard international mail (without tracking).
Therefore, please be advised that delivery delays or failure to deliver may occur due to international circumstances or the state of postal services in various countries.
If you wish to ensure receipt of your bonuses, you may opt to change to a shipping method with tracking by covering the shipping cost.

■ How to confirm your shipping address
Personal Sponsor bonuses will be shipped to the address registered on your Personal Sponsor Account Page.
Please double-check that you have registered the correct address in the following section of the aforementioned page.

※ Please note that
・Personal Sponsor bonuses will not be shipped to the shipping address you provided when purchasing items.
Please check the address registered in your member information on your Persoanl Sponsor Account Page.

■ If you are using an overseas forwarding services
We will ship to the specified address.
If you are using a forwarding service, we are not responsible for any subsequent delivery handled by the forwarding service. Therefore, we will not handle any delivery issues that may arise. Please contact your forwarding service provider for such issues.
