Important Notice Regarding Deliveries to the United States
Thank you for being a valued customer of GOODSMILE RACING.
This notice is for customers who have placed orders for Personal Sponsorship plans or other merchandise on the GOODSMILE RACING e-commerce website and plan to accept delivery of said merchandise in the United States (includes the U.S. mainland and overseas territories).
Under the current rules, when shipping goods from Japan to the United States, customers are required to personally pay customs and other duties to local authorities prior to receiving their goods.
Nevertheless, we have had numerous instances in which customers were unaware of this requirement when placing their orders and later refused to pay the customs duties when accepting their deliveries.
Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience but kindly ask that you please respond with one of the options below.
1) Ship merchandise
I fully understand that I am required to pay customs duties prior to accepting delivery and would like to have my merchandise shipped.
2) Cancel order
I was unaware of the requirement to pay customs duties, so I would like to cancel my order and request a refund.
Please understand that we may only proceed with shipping once we have confirmed your intention to proceed.
Therefore, the shipment of your order will be placed on hold until we receive your response.
In regard to the amount of customs and other duties that require payment, please contact your local customs office with your order details, as it is not possible for us to provide specific amounts.

When placing future orders for delivery to the United States, please do so with the knowledge that you will be required to pay customs and other duties upon receipt of the merchandise.
